Campus Highlights: Balliol

As summer has draws to a close, we’ll be looking back at the respective highlights across our eight campuses.

Founded in 1263 and boasting a central Oxford location, we are honoured to have had our 16-18 students staying in Balliol College. Here are a few highlights from Balliol this summer:

Stunning architecture

Former British Prime Minister H.H. Asquith described Balliol graduates as holding “the tranquil consciousness of an effortless superiority”, and we can certainly see why.

Sporting success

Session 3 students staying in Balliol came a very commendable second in the inter-campus Olympics.

Those whiteboards!

Balliol counsellors really threw themselves into their dry-wipe artworks over the course of this summer.

Delicious meals in hall

Balliol’s stunning wood-paneled dining hall is the envy of many an Oxford college.

Scones and jam

Balliol counsellors treated our students to a quintessentially British tea party in the gardens!
