Arrival and Departure

Arrival day is always on a Sunday, and departure day is always on a Saturday. Your room will be available from 1400 BST (or local time for non-UK locations) and students are welcome to arrive all day. Our staff will be on site all morning and afternoon helping with bags and registration. Students must check-out of their rooms by 1000 BST (or local time for non-UK locations). If they are departing later in the day there will be space to store their luggage in the college. Information on flying in and out of the UK can be found below

Information on which airport to choose and booking flights.

The most convenient airports for each location are listed below. We recommend searching online to find a flight that suits your requirements.  The ORA coach transfer service will cover London Heathrow airport and students travelling to Oxford, Cambridge and Ascot only, so students for these locations looking to take advantage of this service should be sure to book flights to London Heathrow.

Those attending our Yale programmes can view a list of transfer providers on the Yale Transport Information page.
