Our transfer service gives parents and students peace of mind when they arrive in the UK or USA for their course, including being met by a friendly Oxford Royale Staff Member at the Airport. Please book a call with our friendly admissions team to find out more.

Our staff will be present at all terminals of London Heathrow airport (LHR) on scheduled arrival dates only, as below:

Our system will only allow transfer bookings for flights arriving between these times.

Prices include transport to campus, welcome on arrival, transport booked for you by our head office team, dedicated transfers line to call if any queries, information emails in advance, monitoring of flight delays/diversions and auto-adjustment of transport, supervision at the airport, unaccompanied minor paperwork (if needed), connection with your transport, water and snack on arrival, and more.

If students would like to take the Oxford Royale Transfer Service, their departure flight must:
Our system will only allow transfer bookings for flights departing between these times.
On departure days, all students must have left their campus by 1200 BST. In line with the above times, and to minimise the amount of time spent waiting at the airport, we would encourage all departing students to book morning or afternoon departure flights where possible, and to avoid late evening and night flights.
For any flights departing early in the morning, which will necessitate early transport departure from campus, our team will be able to arrange a wake up call and a packed breakfast.

In line with the above times, and to minimise the amount of time spent waiting at the airport, we would encourage all departing students to book morning or afternoon flights where possible, and to avoid evening and night flights.

Journeys made as part of the Oxford Royale Transfer Service in 2025 will be delivered using a variety of modes of transport. The mode of transport could be one of:
a. Private (individual) taxi journey
b. Shared taxi journey
c. Minibus
d. Coach
The mode of transport utilised for each student’s transfer will be determined closer to the summer school, and will be based on factors including the number of Oxford Royale students who have booked transfers who are arriving/departing on the same flight, or arriving at the same airport/terminal at the same time, and studying in the same location. It is not possible to request a specific mode of transport.
