For over 20 years, Oxford Royale has been driven by a simple but powerful belief: that one exceptional summer can change a student’s future. Our programmes are carefully crafted by a dedicated head office team united by this mission. The Leaders Behind Our Programmes

At Oxford Royale, our people make the difference. From experienced academic leaders to caring pastoral staff, our team is united by one goal: to give every student the confidence, support, and inspiration to thrive, both academically and personally.

Programme Directors

Our Programme Directors are experts in their fields with decades of experience in international teaching. They will be leading courses that challenge, inspire, and stretch students. They ensure every programme runs smoothly, oversee the pastoral and teaching staff and are ready to deal with any concerns on campus.

Pastoral & Campus Staff

From counsellors and junior deans to welfare officers, our pastoral and campus teams are always on hand. No matter the question or concern, there is always someone available to guide, support, and look after students’ wellbeing throughout their time with us.

Teachers

Our dedicated and passionate teachers bring subjects to life through exceptional teaching and personalised support. Alongside our pastoral staff, they play a vital role in delivering the unrivalled academic standards and care that define the Oxford Royale experience.

On Campus Staff

Programme Directors

Programme Directors manage the campus team , as well as the body of international students, to ensure that the high expectations of academic delivery, safety, welfare, organisation and general student enjoyment are met. They oversee the running of the campus and respond to any queries or concerns from parents. Each campus has their own director, and our leaders all have decades of experience in international education, often acting as heads of schools and principles outside of the summer.

At Oxford Royale, our expert teachers provide the highest quality of teaching possible to challenge our students academically and help them achieve their goals. Using interactive learning techniques, influenced by their own experience in the field, they are keen to inspire the next generation.

Dr Anisa Butt

Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Dr Anisa Butt is a lecturer in Economics at King’s College London, and completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Reading. Anisa’s research focuses on economic inequalities, with a focus on gender and ethnic income inequality. She contributed to the book Gender Inequality in the Eastern European Labour Market, through carrying out comparative analysis on gender equality research. Anisa has taught undergraduate and A-level students, and has been a part of the Oxford Royale team for more than 3 years.
