In 2004, a young Oxford graduate William Humphreys founded Oxford Royale with a bold vision: to create a summer school like no other, bringing students from around the world to live and study at one of the world’s greatest universities.

That first programme set a new standard and launched an industry, and today we continue on our mission to provide transformative experiences that help students gain clarity, confidence, and purpose in a fast-changing world.

Oxford Royale was born in 2004 with one bold idea: to create a summer school unlike any other. What started in a single Oxford college quickly set a new global standard. From the start, we stood for the integral ideas that help shape ambitious students:

What began in one Oxford college is now a global story. Today, Oxford Royale welcomes students to nine campuses across six world-class locations: Oxford University, Cambridge University, Imperial College London, Yale University, and Barnard College, Columbia - and for the first time, Dubai.
