Example 1: Last-Minute Cancellation

You book the Oxford July session in February. In May (75 days before), your plans change unexpectedly. With the Flexibility Package, you receive 100% of your £6,995 course fees back. Without it, you'd receive nothing. Savings: £6,995

Example 2: Change of Location

You originally booked Cambridge but want to switch to our Yale programme instead, 40 days before your start date. With the Flexibility Package, you can change at no extra cost (subject to availability). Without it, you cannot make any changes after 90 days. Value: Complete booking flexibility

How It Works

Purchase up to 120 days before the start of your programme
The Flexibility Package can be purchased when you book your programme or added up to 120 days before your programme starts
Request Changes
Email admin@oxford-royale.co.uk at least 30-60 days before your programme start date (depending on whether you're changing or cancelling). Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Confirmed
We'll confirm availability and process your request. Refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Important Terms

Purchase Requirements

Can be purchased at the time of booking or up to 120 days before the start of your programme
Non-refundable fee of £795 (inc. VAT)
Applies only to the named student

Cancellation Terms (up to 60 days before)

You receive a 100% refund of course fees (including the enrolment fee) only
Flexibility Package fee is non-refundable
Refunds processed within 30 days to original payment method

Change Terms (up to 30 days before)

One change permitted (to location, programme, session, or year)
Subject to availability
If changing to a higher-priced programme: you must pay the difference in full
If changing to a lower-priced programme: no refund of the price difference
If additional packages cannot be honoured at new location/date, those items will be refunded at 100%

After Making a Change

Flexibility Package benefits end once you've made your change
If you cancel after making a change, standard Terms & Conditions cancellation terms apply (Clause 5.2). Flexibility Package benefits no longer apply

Deadlines

All timeframes are calculated in calendar days before your original programme start date
Requests received after the relevant deadlines (60 or 30 days before) are not covered
