We are pleased to be able to offer certain students the opportunity to reserve a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, through payment of the En Suite Reservation Fee. All en suite reservations that are made are governed by the following terms, which our students and customers should read and understand.

• The En Suite Reservation Fee is available to certain students, based on their age and choice of study city.
• Our application form will automatically calculate whether the En Suite Reservation Fee is available and display it at the checkout as an Extra. If it is not available, it will not be displayed.
• The En Suite Reservation Fee can be added on after enrolment – please contact  our team if you wish to do this.
• Payment of the En Suite Reservation Fee must be made in full at the point of application.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Enrolment
• Oxford Royale’s courses take place in a range of residential colleges (or ‘campuses’), all of which have varying proportions of traditional and more modern buildings. These buildings house our students’ bedrooms.
• Bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms are found more frequently in more modern campuses – the older campuses were not typically built with modern conveniences in mind.
• By paying the En Suite Reservation Fee, you acknowledge that the bedroom with en suite bathroom allocated to you may be in a more modern campus, rather than a more traditional one.
• Different Oxford Royale courses are allocated to different campuses. All campuses have different numbers of en suite bathrooms available.
• When it is determined which campuses will host which Oxford Royale courses (a decision that takes place in the spring of each year), our Operations team will review the number of students who have paid the En Suite Reservation Fee against the number of bedrooms with en suite bathrooms available at the campuses.
• In the unlikely event that the number of students who have elected to pay the En Suite Reservation Fee exceeds the number of bedrooms with en suite bathrooms available, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, and students who are not allocated a bedroom with an en suite will be allocated a standard bedroom, and will receive a refund of their En Suite Reservation Fee.
• Similarly, there may be campuses on which there are more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms than there are students who have paid the En Suite Reservation Fee. In this event, no refund will be due to those who have paid the fee.
• The majority of bedrooms that feature en suite bathrooms are single occupancy. However, there are also others that are twin occupancy. The payment of the En Suite Reservation Fee does not also guarantee a single occupancy room, although it is likely that this will be the case.
