Rise and Shine – 8:00 AM
The morning starts with a buzz of energy in the dining hall. Over breakfast, everyone chats about the big day ahead—final touches on presentations, outfit choices for graduation, and plans to make the most of the last day in Oxford together. Some students are double-checking their exhibition boards, while others are reminiscing about their favourite moments from the past two weeks. There’s a mix of nervous excitement and celebration in the air—the culmination of an incredible journey is about to begin!
Exhibition – 9:00 AM
Dressed smartly for the occasion, students arrive at one of Oxford’s grand venues, ready to present their work in a professional, conference-style event. The room is filled with vibrant displays—research posters, technical drawings, creative projects, and models—all showcasing the dedication and talent of the students.
The experience feels like stepping into a real-world academic conference. Parents, staff, and fellow students walk through the exhibits, asking thoughtful questions and sparking engaging discussions. Each student proudly explains their work, reflecting on what they’ve learned and how they’ve grown. There’s a deep sense of accomplishment as friends admire each other’s projects, realising just how much they’ve achieved in such a short time.
As the event draws to a close and final conversations are had, there’s an overwhelming feeling of pride and celebration. The morning has been a chance to shine, inspire, and reflect—and now, it’s time for the next big moment of the day.
Lunch Break – 1:00 PM
With the exhibition successfully wrapped up, students head out for one final lunch in Oxford. Some students are still buzzing from the exhibition, sharing their favourite interactions,, while others take the opportunity to visit a favourite café or grab a quick bite to eat by the Radcliffe Camera.
For many, it’s a chance to take in Oxford one last time—whether it’s a final stroll through Broad Street, a quick visit to a bookshop, or simply sitting on a bench in the sunshine, reflecting on everything that’s happened over the past two weeks! As lunch winds down, a wave of anticipation builds—graduation is just around the corner, and the air is filling with excitement.
Graduation Preparation – 2:00 PM
With full stomachs and full hearts, it’s time to get ready for graduation. Students head back to their rooms to change into formal attire, making sure everything is just right for the ceremony. There’s an air of excitement and anticipation—this is the moment everyone has been waiting for!
In the common areas, final touches are being made. Some students practice their walks and speeches, while others help each other straighten ties and fix last-minute outfit details. The room erupts in cheers and applause, celebrating not just individual success, but the growth of the entire cohort. Academic prizes are awarded, showcasing exceptional effort and talent, and students beam with pride as they’re recognised in front of their peers and families.
As the ceremony comes to a close, there’s a mix of emotions—joy, nostalgia, and a little disbelief that the programme has flown by so quickly. The group gathers for photos, capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
Dinner on Campus – 6:00 PM
After the formality of graduation, dinner is a chance to relax, reminisce, and celebrate.
