Join us in Boston in summer 2020 and experience student life in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a world-leading hub of academia that hosts some of the finest universities in the world. Participants will live and study in the comfortable surrounds of a beautiful and tranquil campus a stone's throw away from Cambridge's buzzing student heart. Choose from a wide range of courses - including the popular Ivy League Experience - and boost your knowledge to prepare for College life and your career beyond.

With a staggering array of museums, theatres, places to eat and historic buildings within easy reach of the campus, time outside of class will be well spent exploring Cambridge's many attractions, from its biotech startups to its quirky bookshops and cafés. Students will gain a unique flavour of what life is like at some of the prestigious higher education institutions on their doorstep - including Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Hult Business School and more - walking in the footsteps of former US presidents, Attorneys General, Supreme Court Justices and eminent business leaders. And with downtown Boston just across the iconic Charles River, students will be able to explore Boston's key cultural and historic sites, as well as its many great cafés and shops.

For ages 14-18, ORA's flagship US programme, The Ivy League Experience, will be running in Boston, in addition to courses in Leadership (14-15s click here, 16-18s click here), Business (14-15s click here, 16-18s click here) and Law (14-15s click here, 16-18s click here). The summer school in Boston provides the perfect setting for students considering an application to a top US university, or indeed any student looking to spend their summer immersed in a subject of interest in stunning surroundings.

ORA students will experience life as a student in Cambridge, Massachusetts, exploring all that Cambridge and the Boston area have to offer.

Experience student life in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Named in honour of Cambridge University in the UK, Cambridge, Massachusetts provides an inspirational setting in which to live and study. Students can take in the view from Harvard Bridge after a jog along the Charles River; visit the Longfellow House (George Washington’s headquarters during the Civil War); explore the MIT technology museum - or opt for a huge number of other things to see and do.

As with all of our summer schools, ORA’s summer school in Boston brings together students from all over the world (more than 150 nationalities were represented in 2019!) on a unique summer of international collaboration. Many students make friends for life during their summer with us.
