Please read below for further important information regarding your arrival to and departure from your Oxford Royale Summer Schools programme.
Arrival day is always a Sunday.
Students’ rooms will be available from 1400 BST (or local time for non-UK locations) and students are welcome to arrive all day. Our staff will be on site all morning and afternoon helping with bags and registration. If you know that you are arriving early in the morning or late in the evening please let us know so that we can do our best to make sure that you are met when you arrive at the lodge. There is a welcome reception for all students and parents at 1700 BST (or local time for non-UK locations) in the college and dinner is usually served at 1800 (although this may vary according to your accommodation).
Departure day is always a Saturday.
Students must check-out of their rooms by 1000 BST (or local time for non-UK locations). If they are departing later in the day there will be space to store their luggage in the college. Before students leave their rooms they should check thoroughly that they have not left anything behind.
If you are planning for your child to travel as a Registered Unaccompanied Minor - that is, you have booked the Unaccompanied Minors service with your airline and paid a fee with them - then it is very important that you make this clear on the online transfer booking form when reserving a space, so our staff are aware and we can seek additional clarification in advance to ensure a stress-free handover of your child to our team.
If you have any questions regarding ORA’s airport transfer services, please do not hesitate to contact our Registrations Team on [email protected], or by telephone on + 44 (0) 1865 954800.
