Flights

The most convenient airports for Cambridge are listed below. We recommend searching online to find a flight that suits your requirements.

  • Heathrow (approx. 2.5 hours travel time)
  • Gatwick (approx. 4 hours travel time)
  • Stansted (approx. 45 minutes travel time)
  • Luton (approx. 1.5 hours travel time)
  • Birmingham (approx. 3 hours travel time)

Train – Eurostar

The Eurostar allows travellers from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands to travel to the UK by train. The Eurostar arrives at St Pancras International station in the centre of London. Click here to book Eurostar tickets online.

Public Transport

  • Travelling by Train – National Rail operates frequent services linking all major cities and airports in the UK. Direct rail services run between London Kings Cross and Cambridge Station.
  • Travelling by Coach – The National Express provides frequent services between all major cities and airports in the UK. London Heathrow Airport is linked to Cambridge by the National Express coach service, which operates a direct, frequent service up to 26 times a day.
