Course Summary

People Management is a large part of every Manager’s role. This series of workshops will show students how to develop and use People Management skills successfully on a global scale. The workshops will introduce students to key People Management models and theories. This will include practical activities in the form of role-plays and simulations, which allow students to put their theory into practice. Students will act out scenarios under the supervision of expert People Management coaches, who will provide students with extensive feedback and multiple opportunities for them to reflect on their performance, and to then formulate action plans and key takeaways for future application and practice.

The course will explore two-way communication situations in a multicultural environment, and it will also incorporate a focus on developing your ability to inspire, motivate and lead people to get the best performance out of them, and to build successful, positive relationships in an increasingly diverse world. This course is for you if you see yourself as a future Manager, or if you’re intrigued by the idea of understanding people, optimising their performance, and utilising key takeaways for future application and practice.
